We run the latest stable versions of RedHat Linux with the latest stable build of Apache, PHP, and mySQL. We also have a large collection of perl modules already installed for your use.

What is Virtual Hosting?
Virtual Hosting is where multiple web sites (www.domain.com) are served off the same physical server. What domain names do you support?
We support all domains, including foreign domains.

What is SSH?
SSH is similar to telnet, but it's more secure. It uses high level encryption and compression to make sure nobody can takeover or eavesdrop on your telnet session.

Do you have Front-Page extensions?
Front Page extensions can be installed for your account. They are not installed automatically during the initial setup. Send us a support request and they will be installed within 24 hours.

Why can't I create sub-domains?
If you receive an error when creating sub-domains, open a ticket and request for sub-domains to be enabled.

NOTE: If your domain is not pointing to our nameserver and is still in the progress of been transferred, you CANNOT create sub-domains. You will have to wait until your domain has fully propagated before you can create sub-domains.

How do I upgrade my account?
Almost any upgrade to your account can be made instantly by our support team. To upgrade your account, fill out our "Change Plan" form. You can find it here

Where are my raw log files?
They are located within your control panel. Login and click "Statistics -> Download Raw Access Logs"

How do I request to enable SSH/Telnet?

How do I setup cron jobs?
Simply open a support ticket and send our tech guys the command line parameters you want to run and we will set it up for you. Remember to include appropriate time intervals.
